What payment do you accept?
ScrapbooksBy.Me currently accepts cash, money orders and PayPal payments, which allows use of debit cards, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover!
How are payments taken?
When you turn in your photographs you are given a quote with the approximation of price according to number of pictures and style you wish to have you album made. At that time, you would pay a 50% deposit and the remaining balance will be paid upon turning in the completed project. If along the way, it seems that it may be a few pages over or under, the customer will be contacted for approval of additional pages and charges.
Do we need to meet every time I have new pictures for ScrapbooksBy.Me to scrap?
No. We can setup for the photos to be sent to print at a Walgreens or CVS near the assigned scrapper and she will pick up directly from there.
What do I as the client need to give in order to have my personal scrapbook made?
Your pictures should be in the order in which you’d like to see them appear in the album. We also love to receive the photos with sticky notes attached naming each person or place in the photo to make your albums more personal and for your family and friends to enjoy.
Are all the products used to make the album picture friendly? Yes! I take pride in using only the best quality materials and make sure to use only acid-free and lignin-free products to make sure your scrapbooks last for generations to come! If, however, you have a matchbook from the restaurant you went to for your anniversary or paper frame you received with your souvenir picture at a theme park and aren’t sure if its acid-free and lignin-free, I will be sure to spray it with a neutralizing spray prior to adding to your album! No worries !
What determines the price I pay for the album or project I am having made? Size of album pages, number of pages and simplicity or intricacy will play a role in price. I have price levels for all projects and budgets. Give me a call or send me an email and I will be sure to send you a quote asap.
Do I need to supply any materials such as adhesives, paper, embellishments, stickers or albums? Not at all. We use our own adhesives that are perfect for your papers, pictures and embellishments. As for paper, stickers and embellishments: if you have anything you’ve already purchased and would love to see used in your album, we will be happy to use them. This includes any ribbons you may have left over from the baby shower, wedding, etc. If you haven’t chosen an album yet, I can help you choose one or I could go out and pick one for you.
Do you provide private classes?
Absolutely! I can set up to come to your home or office and give a private class for one or a group of friends. I do classes for children and adults alike!
